Hat Parade

Adam had a hat parade at school this week, the task was to make a hat out of a paper plate. Adam is quite shy in front of a lot of people, go figure, so we thought that something that covered his face would work best. Adam wanted to be a lion so Grandma came up with a clever way to make a lion out of paper plates, paint and lots of hot glue!

This was made entirely out of paper plates, thanks goodness my mother is creative and helped me with this.

Here is the original lion, Lauren. She made this hat mostly by herself, I can't believe that she is already 6!

And then there is Jakob. He helped make his hat too and had lots of fun putting the stickers on the map.It is too cute that these cousins all get to go to school together. They love that they get to see each other everyday at school and can see their aunts and uncles too, we are very lucky that we live so close.
